Yeah, this one is indeed confusing. a pointer would be nice.

There are as many sets of marks on the left as there are words on the right, and most of the words seem to be synonyms. Other than that though....

And just after I wrote it I solved it. @mskcpotter, the markings on the left are important.

Also, I did not know that the word that was the solution was a word.
