I totally got stuck here, having no idea how to solve the puzzle 10, even after reading those spoiler hints.
Please give me some more hints!
Waiting for getting the hints in Japan.

I tried using Morse code. Couldn’t get the right letters. “Dash - short or long getaways” is this anything?
