This is causing some head-scratching!
There are three types of rings. At the base of the page, it links to a previous clue, to help you work out what each ring, at each position indicates. Using the first two rings positions (which are the same ring) will help you immensely.

I have no idea what to do here. Never even heard of the fibonacci spiral. I looked it up and am still lost.

There are three clues in this puzzle.
The fibonacci series describes a mathematical ratio.
There are two capital letters in the sentence which refer to a chemical symbol.
The word noble also refers to a certain metal.
