Puzzle 31

Im sure I’m missing something obvious but I don’t know which key to use. I have filled in all the clues and have:

upon this note you must navigate your way to the 4th floor of the south tower where my prison cell awaits.

the livid royals have me locked behind the 9th door and you must use the key overleaf right.

How do I know which key to use? To be honest I have tried them all followed by S49 and I can’t get any of them to work! Thanks
