I cant tell you how the puzzle makers wanted it to be solved but based on Alex's clue, [spoiler]I know that it starts with doc[/spoiler] and based on research the forth letter is [spoiler]ewe(u)[/spoiler], and the 8 letter clue helped me get the answer, which is [spoiler]document[/spoiler]
